By using Petive, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Petive is not veterinary care

Petive helps you organize pet care information. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or professional medical advice.

Scout and other guidance features are informational only. Contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital for medical questions, urgent symptoms, or treatment decisions.

Accounts and households

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add to Petive and for keeping your account secure.

When you invite someone to a Shared Pack or household, that person may see pet care records and related details available to that household.

Community use

Do not post unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, private, or infringing content.

Petive may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when needed to protect users, pets, the service, or legal rights.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchase terms, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are described on the Purchases page.

Access to paid features may depend on active entitlement status from Apple or the purchase provider.

Intellectual property

Petive, the website, app design, brand, and related content are owned by Petive or its licensors.

You keep ownership of content you add, subject to the rights needed for Petive to operate, display, sync, store, moderate, and improve the service.

Availability

Petive may change, pause, remove, or limit features over time. The service is provided as available and may not be error-free.
