Overview

Petive is designed to help people keep pet care records, coordinate household care, and organize pet health context. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

You may provide account details such as your name, email address, avatar, and preferred units.

You may add pet profile details such as pet name, species, breed, age, weight, photo, allergies, notes, and care preferences.

You may create care logs, reminders, health notes, vet records, document references, community posts, comments, polls, and support messages.

Information from app use

Petive may process app activity such as care log timestamps, reminder status, selected pet, household membership, community interactions, and purchase entitlement status.

If analytics or crash reporting is enabled, Petive may receive device, app version, performance, and crash information to improve reliability.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions made through the iOS app are handled by Apple and may be supported by RevenueCat for subscription status and entitlement management.

Petive does not receive your full payment card number from Apple. Petive may receive purchase status, product identifier, renewal status, and related entitlement information needed to unlock paid features.

How information is used

Petive uses information to provide the app, sync household care records, send reminders, show pet profiles, power health and community surfaces, manage purchases, prevent misuse, and improve the product.

Health and pet care information is used to display and organize user-provided records. Petive is not a veterinary provider and does not replace professional veterinary advice.

Sharing

Pet care records may be visible to people you invite into a Shared Pack or household.

Community posts, comments, images, polls, and profile details you choose to publish may be visible to other community users.

Petive may use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, support, and notification delivery.

Your choices

You can choose what pet details, health notes, photos, community content, and household invitations you add to Petive.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@petive.app.
