Add a health record
Open the pet’s profile, choose Add Health Record, select a category, enter an accurate title and details, then save the record to that pet.
Before you start
- Have the correct pet selected.
- Keep the original clinic, laboratory, pharmacy, or vaccination document in its authoritative location.
Steps
Open the pet profile
Tap Pets, choose the pet, and open the profile and health area.
Choose Add Health Record
Use the add action in the health-record section.
Choose the record category
Select Vaccine / Immunization, Vet Appointment, Medication / Treatment, Observation, or Lab / Test Result.
Enter accurate details
Add a clear title, date, and the factual wording you want available later. Copy clinical details exactly when precision matters.
Save the record
Save and confirm the new item appears in the selected pet’s Health Records list.
What happens next
The owner-entered record is stored with the selected pet and becomes available for later review and authorized household care.
Good to know
- Petive does not currently upload or store clinic PDFs, certificates, or other health-document attachments.
- Petive is not a veterinary medical-record system and does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional advice.
Troubleshooting
The record is attached to the wrong pet
Delete the incorrect note from that pet’s Health Records, select the correct pet, and add it again.
