Post and participate in Community
Open Community, read the rules, create a text post, question, or poll, and participate respectfully. Report harmful content or block an account from its available options.
Before you start
- Use a recognizable member profile that follows the Community rules.
- Do not publish private health records, invite codes, personal contact details, or urgent medical requests.
Steps
Open Community
Tap Community in the bottom navigation and review the Community Rules before participating.
Choose what to create
Use the create action to start a text post, ask a question, or create a poll. Keep the wording within the displayed character and poll-option limits.
Publish or participate
Post the content, or open an existing discussion to like, reply, or vote. Community content is public to other Community members.
Use safety controls when needed
Open the available options on a post, reply, or member profile to report content or block an account. Reports are sent to Petive’s moderation process.
What happens next
Your post, reply, like, or vote appears in Community according to the current account and moderation state.
Good to know
- Community guidance is peer content and is not veterinary advice.
- Text posts, comments, likes, polls, reporting, blocking, member profiles, and VIP badges are supported. Photo posting is disabled in the current public release.
Troubleshooting
The Post button is unavailable
Add valid text, complete the required poll fields when using a poll, and confirm the account can currently participate.
Reported content is still visible
Reports require review. Use Block when you need to stop seeing or interacting with an account immediately.
